Our sauna uses light to heat the body at lower temperatures, so you can stay in it longer and reap more benefits. The infrared heat travels below the surface of the skin and more effectively heals inflammation deep inside your body.
At Xhale, we combine our sauna sessions with salt halotherapy to soothe and reactivate in a truly holistic way. Also included in our sauna experience is our zero-gravity massage chair and time in our relaxation space.

Preparing for Our Soaking Tub/Retreat Experiences:
- No bathing suit is necessary.
- We provide towels, robes, slippers, and a private changing area.
The Retreat is a private or semi-private service that includes the sauna and massage chair.
- Clients can dress comfortably or choose to privately change into an Xhale robe or spa wrap.
- Towels and slippers are provided. Please prevent bare skin on surfaces by using the towels supplied to you.
- Private bathrooms are available; however, a shower is not available.
Water and tea are available in the Relaxation sitting area.
- This is a quiet area; there may be other clients and services happening nearby.
- Please refrain from any unnecessary talking and phone use.

Xhale Payment, Gift Card, and Cancellation Policies:
- Xhale will ask for a credit card to hold on file at the time you schedule your appointment.
- Appointments scheduled online will require prepayment.
Gift Cards:
Gift cards can not be used online. Please contact the desk to reserve a service with a gift card.
Cancellation:
Late cancellations or not attending a scheduled appointment significantly impacts a small business. Out of respect for our independent massage therapists and other clients, we have a new cancellation policy.
- Cancellation of an appointment within 24 hours that is not rescheduled will result in a fee equal to 50% of the appointment type.
- Clients who fail to show up for any scheduled appointment, class, or event (no-show) will be charged the full price (100%) appointment fee.
